PDMR Announcement

K3, which provides mission‐critical business software and cloud solutions, has received notification from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on 04 May 2021 it transferred out, on behalf of discretionary clients, 36,810 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company as Kestrel no longer has discretion over these clients' portfolio.

Mr Scott, a non-executive director of K3, is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel. Mr Scott is also a shareholder in one of Kestrel's clients ("Kestrel Opportunities").

Following these transactions, the revised shareholdings of Kestrel are:
