PDMR Announcement

K3 Business Technology Group plc received notification from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on 30 March 2021 Kestrel transferred in the market 1,400 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.74 per Share between accounts held by its discretionary clients.

Mr Scott, a non-executive director of K3, is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel. Mr Scott is also a shareholder in one of Kestrel's clients ("Kestrel Opportunities").

The Share transfer does not change Kestrel's overall holding of Shares in the Company which, following completion of the issue of Shares to Kestrel announced by the Company on 30 March 2021, will be as follows:
