PDMR Announcement

K3, which provides mission‐critical business software, cloud solutions and managed services, has received notification that Rob Price, CFO of the Company, purchased 2,907 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.6844 per share on 05 August 2020 and 2,519 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.79 per share on 06 August 2020 (the "Purchases"). Following the Purchases, Mr. Price is now interested in 60,154 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company makes the below announcement and notification in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (No 596/2014) in respect of the Purchase.
