PDMR Announcement

K3, which provides mission‐critical business software, cloud solutions and managed services, has received notification that Viti ehf. (a company controlled by Adalsteinn Valdimarsson, CEO of the Company) has purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.37 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase Mr. Valdimarsson is now interested in 101,429 Ordinary Shares representing 0.236% of the total voting rights of the Company with all shares held by Viti ehf.

The Company makes the below announcement and notification in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (No 596/2014) in respect of the Purchase:
