Director / PDMR Shareholding

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, was notified on 29 February  2016, that on that day 5,950 ordinary shares of 25p each were sold on behalf of Andrew Hodges (Group Operations Director) from the Company's SAYE share option scheme at a price of £3.49 per share.

As a result Andrew Hodges now holds 22,002 ordinary shares representing 0.07% of the K3's issued share capital.
