Director / PDMR Shareholding

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, was notified on 15 January 2016, that on that day Andrew Hodges (Group Operations Director) exercised options over 12,815 ordinary shares of 25p each held under the Company's SAYE scheme 2010 at a price of £1.188 per share.

As a result Andrew Hodges now holds 27,909 ordinary shares representing 0.09% of the K3's issued share capital.
