Director / PDMR Shareholding

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, has been notified today, that Brian Davis, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has today bought 2,253 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from David Bolton, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company at a price of 247.5p per share.

Following this transaction David Bolton and Brian Davis are now interested in 994,961 and 9,537 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing beneficial interests of 3.12% and 0.03% in the capital of the Company.
