Director / PDMR Shareholding

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, has been notified that on 22 April 2015 Johan Claesson, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 100,000 ordinary shares to Johan and Marianne Claesson AB.  The transfer was carried out at a price of 225p per share and was undertaken for tax planning purposes.  The notifiable interest of Mr Claesson remains unchanged as a result of the above.
