Directors Dealing

Further to the exercise of options by Directors under the K3 Business Technology Group Executive Share Option Scheme 2000 (the "Scheme") as announced on 6 October 2014, the Company today received notification that yesterday the wife of David John Bolton, chief executive officer of the Company, sold a total of 30,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 205 pence per Ordinary Share.  The sale was effected to help recover the exercise costs incurred and the tax liabilities arising on the exercise of these share options. Details of the transaction are set out below:
