Directors' Dealings

K3 announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 6 December 2013, two directors of the Company, David Bolton and Andy Makeham, have today sold 40,000 and 60,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") respectively at a price of 140 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these sales, Mr Bolton is interested in 976,302 Ordinary Shares and Mr Makeham is interested in 913,250 Ordinary Shares. These represent beneficial interests of 3.09% and 2.89 % in the Company respectively.
