Board Retirement

K3, which provides business‐critical software solutions focused on fashion and apparel brands, announces that Jonathan Manley, Non-executive Director, does not propose to stand for re-election at the Group's forthcoming AGM in May.  He will therefore retire from the Board on that day.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Jonathan for the contribution he has made to K3 over six years as a Non-executive Director.

The Board intends to appoint a further Independent Non-executive Director in due course.
