Board Appointment

K3, which provides mission-critical software, cloud solutions and managed services to the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Darling to the Board of K3 as a Non-executive Director, with effect from 3 April 2017. Stuart replaces Lars-Olof Norell, who is retiring from the Board on 31 May. In addition, David Bolton will become Non-executive Chairman, effective from 3 April, having been Executive Chairman. 

Stuart, aged 53 years, FCA, has extensive senior level financial and commercial experience in the technology sector and with growing companies.  He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Wifinity Ltd, a wireless network internet provider and, for 10 years, was Chief Financial Officer of Amino Technologies plc, the global provider of digital TV entertainment and cloud solutions to network operators. 

David Bolton, Chairman, commented:

At the same time, I would like to thank Lars-Olof who retires in May for his contribution to the Company especially as Non-executive Chairman."
