("K3" or "the Company")

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

K3, which provides and supports software, cloud solutions and managed services to the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Price as Chief Financial Officer with effect from today*. Robert replaces Brian Davis, who will be leaving the Company today, following many years in senior financial roles, latterly as Chief Finance Officer. 

The appointment is one of a number of senior management team changes being made to drive forward the Company's growth strategy, as previously indicated on 23 September 2016.

Robert, aged 49, has almost 20 years' experience in senior financial roles, primarily in the retail, distribution and manufacturing sectors, including internationally and in private equity. He joins K3 from Orwell Group Holdings Ltd, a FinTech start-up, which he joined from start-up as CFO. Prior to that, for five years, he was COO/CFO at Enotria Wine Group Limited, the private equity-backed wine distributor, where he helped to steer a successful buy and build strategy.  Between 2002 and 2008, he was at Carlsberg Breweries, latterly as CFO and Change Management Director of Carlsberg Italy, where he helped to drive business development.

Robert qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young and holds an MBA from IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland. 

*This appointment is not to the main Board of K3.
