Board Changes

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") software, hosting and managed services to the retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors, is delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan Manley as a Non-executive Director with effect from 9 December 2015.  Jonathan replaces Peter Cookson who is retiring from the Board on that date. 

Jonathan has over 35 years' experience in IT, both as Chief Information Officer ("CIO") and as a Consultant, and has worked in the UK and the US. He has wide ranging industry experience, particularly of the retail sector but also supply chain, manufacturing, media and transportation. He has been responsible for the implementation of leading ERP packages as well as infrastructure roll-outs. 

Jonathan is IT Director for Harrods Ltd and has been leading its IT transformation since 2014. Before that, he was IT Director of Shared Services at the John Lewis Partnership (2012-2014) and Global CIO at Estee Lauder Companies, in New York (2006-2012). At Estee Lauder, he led the global SAP change programme across 40 countries and 25 brands. In his earlier career, he was Global CIO at LSG SkyChefs and Universal Music, and a Consulting Partner at Ernst & Young.

Jonathan replaces Peter Cookson who is retiring from the Board. On behalf of all my colleagues, I would also like to thank Peter for the significant contribution that he has made to K3 since joining as Non-executive Director in 2013. We wish him well in his retirement."

Mr. Jonathan Paul Manley, aged 61, is currently a director of Jonathan Manley Limited. He has not held any other directorships or partnerships in the past five years.  He does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the Company.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
