कानपुर। भारत की जनवादी नौजवान सभा ने 1857 की क्रांति के महानायक अमर शहीद गंगू बाबा उर्फ गंगादीन आजाद भारत का सपना देखने वालों में से एक थे। गंग बाबा ने देश की आजादी के लिए सैकड़ों अंग्रेजों को मार कर चुन्नीगंज में बने सूबेदार तालाब पर फेंका था जिससे अंग्रेजी हुकूमत हिल गई थी। तब अंग्रेजों ने गंगू बाबा को पकड़ने के लिए रात दिन एक किया और अंत में उन्हें पकड़ कर बेड़ियों से जकड़कर घोड़े से घसीटते हुए चुन्नीगंज चौराहा के पास नीम के पेड़ पर फांसी पर लटका दिया था। उसी समय से चुन्नीगंज निवासियों ने अमर शहीद गंगू बाबा की मूर्ति वहीं सड़क किनारे स्थापित की थी। बुधवार को भारत की जनवादी नौजवान सभा ने जिलाधिकारी कानपुर नगर को ज्ञापन पत्र देकर मांग की कि सुदर्शन नगर,चुन्नीगंज कानपुर के ठीक सामने खाली पड़ी नजूल की जमीन पर अमर शहीद गंगू बाबा के नाम से पार्क व भव्य मूर्ति लगाई जाए। गरीब परिवार की बहनों बेटी की शादी के लिए बरातशाला बनवायी जाये। यहां चमन खन्ना, विनोद पांडे, हरभजन बाल्मीकि, हरीशचंद्र सागर, कुनाल बाल्मीकि, कमल कुमार, जाफर थे।

पंचायत विनोद दीक्षित ने सौंप कर केंद्र व प्रदेश सरकार के नारे 'साकार हुआ सपना घर हुआ अपना' को सार्थक किया। इस मौके पर लाभार्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए चौबेपुर ब्लॉक प्रमुख राजेश शुक्ला ने कहा कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी व उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ का कहा था कि गरीब और असहाय लोगों के पास अपना घर होगा, अब सरकार ने यह पूरा करके दिखा दिया है। वहीं एडीओ पंचायत विनोद दीक्षित ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण एवं मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को एक लाख 20 हजार रुपये आवास की दर से भवन बनाकर केंद्र व प्रदेश सरकार ने दिए हैं. जिसमें लाभार्थी को 90 दिन मनरेगा से मजदरी का पैसा भी सरकार ने लाभार्थी के खाते में सीधे दिया है। यहां भाजपा चौबेपुर मंडल अध्यक्ष अमिताभ त्रिपाठी, भाजपा जिला मंत्री तनु पांडेय, ऋषभ शुक्ला, गौरव दीक्षित, मोहित त्रिपाठी, सौरभ त्रिपाठी, योगेश सिंह, विवेक सिंह, निशांत शुक्ला रहे।

पीएम स्वनिधि की दूसरी किस्त दो दिन में पहुंचे पात्रों के खाते में : एलडीएम

शुक्लागंज। स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स, फेरी, पट्टी दुकानदार आदि को स्वालंबी बनाने के लिए पीएम स्वनिधि योजना के तहत पात्र लोगों को बैंकों से ऋण आवंटित कराया जा रहा है.जिसमें दस हजार का ऋण पाने वाले बहत से लाभार्थियों ने समय से अपना ऋण बैंकों को चुका दिया। अब उनको शासन की तरफ से दूसरी किस्त के तहत बीस हजार का ऋण दिया जा रहा है, जिसकी औपचारिकताएं पूरा करने के बाद भी दो दर्जन से अधिक पात्र लोगों को बैंक से ऋण नहीं मिला। इस बात की शिकायत स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स ने पालिका ईओ नरेन्द्र मोहन मिश्रा से की, जिसपर उन्होंने एलडीएम को मामले से अवगत कराया।

बुधवार को एसडीएम प्रमोद कुमार आनंद की अध्यक्षता में पालिका में बैठक आयोजित हुई, जिसमें नगर के कई बैंकर्स शामिल हुए। इस दौरान एलडीएम ने कहा कि जिन बैंकों के पास दूसरी किस्त के आवेदन लंबित पड़े हैं। उन्हें दो दिन के अंदर निस्तारित कर खाते में रुपया ट्रांसफार्मर किया जाये। ईओ ने बताया कि पालिका क्षेत्र के तहत करीब 35 पात्र लोगों को दूसरी किस्त के मुताबिक बीस हजार का ऋण दिया जाना है, जिसमें देरी होने के कारण बैंकर्स के बीच बैठक कर समस्या जानने का प्रयास किया गया, जिससे 10 हजार और 20 हजार के पात्र लोगों को समय से ऋण मिल सके।

गंगा का जलस्तर 20 सेमी बढा

शुक्लागंज। ऊपरी इलाकों में हो रही बारिश से बांध उफनाने लगे हैं, जिससे वहां से पानी बराबर छोड़ा जा रहा है। बैराज बांध से पानी छोड़े जाने के कारण गंगा के जलस्तर में बराबर बढ़ोतरी हो रही है। मंगलवार की अपेक्षा बुधवार को जलस्तर काफी बढा है, जिससे नगर निचले इलाकों में पानी पहंचने लगा है। 24 घंटे में 20 सेंटीमीटर पानी में बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है।केन्द्रीय जल आयोग के अनुसार मंगलवार शाम छह बजे गंगा का जलस्तर 111.020 मीटर दर्ज किया गया था, जिसके बाद गंगा के जलस्तर में तेजी से बढ़ोतरी हुई और बुधवार सुबह आठ बजे जलस्तर 111.150 मीटर तक पहुंच गया। शाम छह बजे 111.220 मीटर तक पहुंच गया। तेजी से गंगा का जलस्तर बढ़ने के कारण एक बार फिर ईदगाह कॉलोनी, कर्बला, हुसैन नगर, गोताखोर के निचले इलाकों में पानी भर गया है, जिससे वहां रहने वाले लोगों को खासी .दिक्कतें उठानी पड़ रही हैं।

स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, गोताखोर नगरीय स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र व ब्रह्म नगर अर्बन हेल्थ सेंटर में बुधवार को वैक्सीनेशन शुरू हुआ, जहां वैक्सीन लगवाने के लिये सुबह से ही लोग पीएचसी के बाहर लाइनों में खड़े रहे। 10 बजे स्वास्थ्य कर्मी पहुंचे, जिसके बाद लाइनों में खड़े लोगों को टोकन बांटकर कोरोना से बचाव के लिये वैक्सीन लगाई गई। भारी भीड़ होने के कारण लोग धक्कान्मुक्की करते रहे। इसी तरह नगर के अन्य स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में भी भीड़ रही। अभिलाष पटेल ने बताया कि 750 लोगों का वैक्सीनेशन हुआ। पीएचसी में 250 कोवैक्सीन, सीएचसी में 250, गोताखोर में 150 व ब्रह्मनगर में 100 लोगों को कोविशील्ड की पहली और दुसरी डोज लगाई गई।

शुक्लागंज। नगर के प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में बुधवार को स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों ने एंटीजन जांच की. जहां सभी स्वस्थ्य मिले। वहीं आरटीपीसीआर के लिए नमूने भी लिये गये। नगर में जहां पीएचसी, हाई रिस्क एरिया, निजी अस्पताल व मेडिकल स्टोर्स में एक दिन में पांच सौ से अधिक लोगों की कोविड जांच की जाती थी। जो लगातार

पिछले कई दिनों से घट रही है। बुधवार को नगर के प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र के अलावा अन्य स्थानों पर कोविड जांच नहीं हुई। पीएचसी में बुधवार को ओपीडी के दौरान 45 लोगों की एंटीजन और 45 लोगों की आरटीपीसीआर जांच हुई, जिसमें एंटीजन में सभी स्वस्थ मिले। वहीं तीन को मेडिकल किट भी बांटी गई।

बाद बुधवार सुबह नया ट्रांसफार्मर मंगाया गया। इस दौरान क्षेत्र की 12 घंटे बिजली गल रही।

मंगलवार रात करीब आठ बजे गांधी नगर मोहल्ले में रखा 630 केवीए का ट्रांसफार्मर फुंक गया, जिससे मोहल्ले के करीब 600 घरों की बिजली गुल हो गई। बिजली न आने की जानकारी क्षेत्रीय लोगों ने बिजली विभाग को दी, जिस पर बिजली कर्मी मौके पर पहंचे और टांसफार्मर की मरम्मत करने का प्रयास किया। लेकिन मरम्मत नहीं हो पाई और बिजली कर्मी चले गये। इसके कारण पूरी रात क्षेत्र में अंधेरा पसरा रहा। गर्मी और उमस से लोग परेशान रहे। बुधवार सुबह बिजली कर्मी मौके पर पहुंचे और नया ट्रांसफार्मर मंगाया, जिसके बाद मोहल्ले की आपूर्ति साढ़े 12 बजे शुरू की गयी।

कानपुर। बिठूर से एक नाबालिग संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में लापता हो गई थी। परिजनों ने थाने में अज्ञात व्यक्ति के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करायी है। सूत्रों की मानें तो जब परिजनों ने बेटी की खोजबीन की तो पता चला कि वह उन्नाव में किसी गैर समुदाय के युवक के साथ है। परिजनों ने बिठर पुलिस से बेटी को बरामद करने की गुहार लगाई है। परिजनों ने पुलिस को बताया कि उन्नाव में बेटी का ननिहाल है।

सर्वसाधारण को सृचित किया जाता है कि विकास खण्ड ककवन में बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा संचालित प्राथमिक थिद्यालय रहीमपुर विषधन, के पुराने जर्जर भवन की नीलामी 10 सितम्बर 2021 को सम्बन्धित विद्यालय परिसर में प्रातः 11.00 बजे से जहां है, जैसी है, रिश्वति में की जायेगी। भवन का पूर्व अवलोकन सम्बन्धित विद्यालय परिसर में जाकर किया जा सकता है। नीलामी हेतु प्रतिभाग करने वाले व्यक्ति द्वारा नीलमी से पूर्व रुपये पांच हजार जमानत थनराशि नगद जमा करनी होगी। नीलामी को शेष थनराशि सम्बन्धित विद्यालय के खाते में 2 दिवसों में जमा करने के उपरान्त जर्जर भवन को ध्वस्त कराकर उसका मलबा 15 दिवस में हटाया जाना आवश्यक होगा। शासनादेश के अनुसार जिलाधिकारी महोदय द्रारा गठित तकनीकी मूल्यांकन समिति द्रारा नीलामी हेतु न्यूनतम धनराशि रु. 42000/-नियत की गयी है। अतः नीलामी हेतु न्यूनतम बोली रु. 42000 से प्रारम्भ की जायेगी।
