JYSKE BANK COMPLETING SALE OF SILKEBORG DATA

On 10 December 2013, Jyske Bank announced that the Bank had signed an agreement to sell its shares in the subsidiary Silkeborg Data to the Danish private equity fund Axcel.

The agreement was conditional upon the approval of the competition authorities. This condition has now been fulfilled, and Jyske Bank has therefore today completed the sale of 100% of the shares in Silkeborg Data.

The accounting profit has been calculated at approx. DKK 300m after tax. The profit is booked as income in the month of April.
