I hereby resign as an Independent Director of the company with immediate effect.

This is in view of my preoccupation and inability to regularly attend Board Meetings as being held.

During my tenure with the company from 2014 onwards: I have received invaluable guidance and support and I place on record my gratitude and a deep sense of respect.

My thanks are due to the members of Management and Executives both present and former, whose participation and support have been overwhelming.
