In Compliance with the Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 14th November, 2022, inter alia to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022.

Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from October 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
