We wish to inform you that as the Company could not get pre-requisite approval of all the Secured Creditors for the Resolution No. 3 pertaining to Re-appointment of Mr. Rahul Amin as Managing Director of the Company, therefore, the Resolution no. 3 appearing in the Notice of 75 [th ] Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 [th ] November, 2019 was not considered for voting by Shareholders of the Company.
In view of the above, Mr. Rahul Amin ceased to be Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 28 [th ] November, 2019.
