PRESS RELEASE
Turin, 30 June 2025 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, upon request of the Company, the majority shareholder EXOR N.V. has made a second cash contribution for future capital increase (versamento in conto futuro aumento di capitale) for a total amount of €15 million, under the same terms, conditions, and purposes as the cash contribution made on 28 March 2025 (for further information, please refer to the press release issued on the same date).
