AGREEMENT WITH OLYMPIQUE MARSIGLIA FOR THE DISPOSAL OF THE PLAYER WEAH

Turin, 06 August 2025 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that it has reached an agreement with Olympique de Marseille for the temporary transfer of the registration rights of the player Timothy Tarpeh Weah until 30 June 2026, for a consideration of €1.0 million.

The agreement also includes an obligation for Marseille to acquire the player's registration rights on a permanent basis upon the occurrence of certain conditions during the 2025/2026 football season. The agreed fee for the permanent transfer is €14.4 million, payable over four financial years; this amount may be increased, during the term of the player's employment contract, by up to €4.1 million upon the achievement of specific sporting objectives.

Given the high probability of the aforementioned conditions being met, the transaction qualifies, for accounting purposes, as a permanent transfer in the current financial year, generating a positive economic impact of approximately €6.0 million, net of ancillary costs. It should be noted, however, that the final assessment of the accounting treatment will be made during the preparation of the periodic financial documentation.
