AGREEMENT WITH BOURNEMOUTH FOR THE DEFINITIVE DISPOSAL OF THE PLAYER HUIJSEN

Turin, 30 July 2024 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that an agreement with AFC Bournemouth for the definitive disposal of the registration rights of the player Dean Donny Huijsen Wijsmuller has been reached for a consideration of € 15.2 million, payable in five financial years, in addition to variable bonuses up to a maximum of € 3 million.

This transaction generates a positive economic impact on the current financial year equal to € 13.7 million, net of auxiliary expenses (solidarity contribution and intermediary fees).
