Turin, 4 February 2025 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that an agreement with ACF Fiorentina for the temporary disposal, until 30 June 2025, of the registration rights of the player Nicolò Fagioli has been reached for a consideration of € 2.5 million, payable in two financial years; the agreement envisages ancillary costs of € 0.2 million.

The agreement further envisages:

• the obligation for Fiorentina to definitively acquire the player's registrations rights, subject to the achievement of certain sporting objective during the season 2024/2025.
• the right for Fiorentina to definitively acquire the player's registration rights in case these given objectives are not achieved.

In both cases, the agreed consideration for the definitive acquisition is € 13.5 million, payable in three financial years, which may be increased up to a maximum of € 2.5 million over the duration of the player's contract, upon the achievement of further performance objectives.
