AGREEMENT WITH ROMA FOR THE DEFINITIVE DISPOSAL OF THE PLAYER SOULÈ

Turin, 30 July 2024 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that an agreement with AS Roma for the definitive disposal of the registration rights of the player Matías Soulé Malvano has been reached for a consideration of € 25.6 million, payable in four financial years, in addition to variable bonuses up to a maximum of € 4 million.

This transaction generates a positive economic impact on the current financial year equal to € 22.4 million, net of auxiliary expenses.
