PRESS RELEASE
Turin, 3 June 2025 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. ("Juventus" or the "Company") announces that it has reached an agreement with Cristiano Giuntoli for the mutual termination, as of today, of his football director contract. The decision has been reached by the parties following a joint assessment of future prospects and mutual needs.
The Company also confirms that Francesco Calvo has resigned, as from 16 June 2025, as Managing Director Revenue & Institutional Relations to pursue a new professional project.
As of today, based on the information available to the Company, Cristiano Giuntoli and Francesco Calvo do not hold any Juventus shares.
