Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made for 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Shares") in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be issued from time to time in satisfaction of options granted under the Company's Sharesave Scheme and Long Term Incentive Plan.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 18 June 2020.  The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
