| JUST GROUP PLC DIRECTOR DECLARATION |
Just Group plc ("Just", the "Group") announces that Jim Brown, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB") with effect from 31 March 2024, and will succeed as Chairman following the conclusion of the STB Annual General Meeting in May 2024, subject to regulatory approval.
On joining the STB Board, Jim Brown will become a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. He will Chair the Nomination Committee following his appointment as Chairman.
