JUST GROUP PLC STEVE MELCHER TO RETIRE AS NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF JUST GROUP PLC

Just Group plc ("Just", the "Group"), today announces that Andrew Stephen "Steve" Melcher has informed the Group Board of his intention to retire as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from close of business on 31 December 2022.

Steve was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Just in April 2016, having previously served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Just Retirement Group plc from January 2015.

Steve Melcher commented:

"Just helps people achieve a better later life, that's our purpose, its why we exist and it has been a privilege as a member of the Board to contribute to this agenda and help our customers.  We have a strong balance sheet and we are generating organic capital that provides opportunities to deliver growth and reward shareholders. The Group is well positioned for the future."
