JUST GROUP PLC KEITH NICHOLSON TO RETIRE AS SENIOR INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR OF JUST GROUP PLC

Just Group plc ("Just", the "Group"), today announces that Keith Nicholson has informed the Group Board of his intention to retire as Senior Independent Director of the Group and Chair of the Group Risk and Compliance Committee, with effect from close of business on 31 December 2021.

Immediately following Keith's retirement, Ian Cormack, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group, will take over as Senior Independent Director, and Kalpana Shah, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group, will take over as Chair of the Group Risk and Compliance Committee.

Keith was appointed as Senior Independent Director of Just in April 2016, having previously served as Senior Independent Director of Just Retirement Group plc from October 2013.

Keith Nicholson commented:

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), Just is also pleased to announce that Paul Bishop, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Group Risk and Compliance Committee, and Michelle Cracknell, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Group Nomination Committee with effect from 31 December 2021.
