Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme 10 February – 14 February 2025

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme announced on 31 July 2024.

From 10 February 2025 up to and including 14 February 2025 a total of 355,284 shares were repurchased at an average price of €12.5952 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 10,936,180 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 14 February 2025, the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share buyback programme amounts to €142,519,336.

This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
