Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme 5 February – 9 February 2024

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme announced on 18 October 2023.

During the week of 5 February 2024 up to and including 9 February 2024 a total of 197,691 shares were repurchased at an average price of €14.2047 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 14,943,765 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 9 February 2024, the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share buyback programme amounts to €65,020,720.
