COMPLETION OF DELISTING OF SHARES FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
Further to the announcement made on 27 November 2024, Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (the "Company") announces today that the listing of the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN: NL0012015705) (the "Shares") on the equity shares international commercial companies secondary listing category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the admission to trading of the Shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") have now been cancelled with effect from 08:00 a.m. today, 27 December 2024.
The Company continues to maintain the primary listing of its Shares on Euronext Amsterdam.
