In pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015) and in continuation of our disclosure w.r.t. outcome of Board Meeting dated March 20, 2024, we are pleased to inform that Jupiter Wagons Limited has completed the acquisition of Bonatrans India Private Limited by entering into Share Purchase Agreement with existing shareholders, which is approved by the Board of Directors of Bonatrans India Private Limited today, i.e. March 20, 2024. Post acquisition, the Bonatrans India Private Limited has become the Subsidiary Company of Jupiter Wagons Limited.

This Strategic Investment for acquisition of Bonatrans India Private Limited marks an important milestone in our business growth expansion plans.
