Loan facility

On 24 August 2020, the Company entered into a new £5 million bank loan facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (London Branch). This replaces the Company's £3 million bank loan facility with Scotiabank Europe PLC which expired on 27 September 2019.
