Annual Report and Accounts 2015

Following the release on 29 February 2016 of its annual results for year ended 31 December 2015, the Company announces that it has today published its 2015 Annual Report and Accounts. The Annual Report is available to view on the Company's website at www.jupiteram.com/jupiter-fund-management-plc.

A copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are expected to be posted to shareholders on 21 March 2016.
