JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company")

Director Shareholding

On 1 April 2022 the Company made a grant of free shares to all employees under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") (or equivalent for international employees). Each employee was awarded shares to the value of £2,000 (pro-rated for part time employees) and such shares are subject to a 3-year forfeiture period. Andrew Formica and Wayne Mepham participated in the SIP and received an award of 957 free shares.

On 4 April 2022, Andrew Formica purchased 854 shares and received 854 matching shares under the SIP.
