Director/PDMR shareholding

An adjustment has been made to the number of unvested DBP and LTIP options held by the persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) named below in order to reflect the Special Dividend declared on 26 February 2015, to ensure option holders are not adversely affected compared to shareholders in receipt of the Special Dividend payment.  The adjustment of the additional shares under option was calculated based on the existing number of shares under option multiplied by 0.0277.  Following this adjustment, the number of shares under option held by these PDMRs is as follows:

Maarten Slendebroek: 733,936

Edward Bonham Carter: 563,279

John Chatfeild-Roberts: 759,361

Philip Johnson: 433,800

Adrian Creedy: 386,088
