The Company has been notified, on 18 March 2020, Edward Bonham Carter undertook the following transactions over ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") in the Company.

Exercised 49,466 options granted in 2015 under the Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and exercised 12,854 options granted in 2018 under the Deferred Bonus Plan (Deferred Award).
