JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company")

Director Notification

The Company has been notified that on 2 March 2017, Bridget Macaskill, Non-Executive Director, acquired 35,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") jointly with her husband, John Macaskill. Furthermore, Macone LLP (family trust) acquired 35,000 Shares and BA Macaskill 2000 GRAT (family trust) acquired 25,000 Shares, both entities being closely associated with Bridget Macaskill and John Macaskill. John Macaskill also purchased 30,000 Shares in his capacity as a trustee and he has no beneficial interest in these shares.  

The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
