The Company announces that it has been informed that on 17th October 2014 Philip Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 12003 ordinary shares at a price of 332.30p.

Following this transaction Mr Johnson and his connected parties hold an interest in 1,338,546 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.292 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
