JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT plc ("the Company")

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 2nd September 2014 Philip Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 110 ordinary shares at a price of 376.73 and Mrs Kelly Johnson acquired 31 ordinary shares at a price of 376.73p

Following this transaction Mr Johnson and his connected parties hold an interest in 1,326,525 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.29 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
