JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT plc ("the Company")

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 30th July 2014 Philip Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, has acquired 3793 ordinary shares at a price of 395.56p and Mrs Kelly Johnson acquired 3767 ordinary shares at a price of 395.30p

Following this transaction Mr Johnson and his connected parties hold an interest in 1,326,384 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.0289 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
