The sale by funds advised by TA Associates Management L.P. on March 4 2014 of their holding in the Company (at 406p per share) has resulted in the disposal of 185,947 Ordinary shares (held by TA Investors. II. L.P.) in which Michael Wilson had a pecuniary interest. Michael Wilson no longer has an interest in any shares in the Company.
