Jupiter confirms, further to the announcements by Apax Global Alpha Limited, that Karl Sternberg, Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed Chairman of Apax Global Alpha Limited with effect from 1 July 2024.  Karl has been a Non-executive Director of Apax Global Alpha Limited since 1 March 2024, as previously announced.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(1).
