Jon Little to step down as a Non-executive Director

of Jupiter Fund Management plc

Jupiter Fund Management plc ("Jupiter", the "Company") announces that Jon Little will be stepping down as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 October 2016. 

Jon, a partner and founder of private investment business Northill Capital and a former Vice Chairman of BNY Mellon, has served as a Non-executive Director of Jupiter for five years and until October 2015 served on the Audit & Risk Committee.

Liz Airey, Chairman of Jupiter Fund Management plc, said: "We have been very fortunate to have the benefit of Jon's long experience in the asset management industry.  We would like to thank him for the substantial contribution he has made in the last five years."
