Changes to Director's Responsibilities

As announced on 30 November 2015, Philip Johnson will be leaving the Company on 30 May 2016.  A search for a new CFO is underway.  Philip will continue as a Director of the Company until the 2016 AGM on 18 May and as CFO until the end of his employment (unless the new CFO can start before then). In the run-up to the AGM, Philip's duties will be reduced, and as part of this, he will step down from the Executive Committee with effect from today.
