Appointment of Polly Williams as a Non-Executive Director

Further to the announcement made on 18 February, the Company today announces that Polly Williams was appointed to the Board on 1 March 2015.

Polly was also appointed as the Chair of the Audit Committee from the same date. She replaces Liz Airey who stepped down as Chairman of the Audit Committee also with effect from 1 March 2015.

Polly Williams has confirmed there is no information to be disclosed pursuant to the Listing Rules 9.6.13.
