RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Juno Minerals Limited ( Juno or the Company ) advises that Priyank Thapliyal has resigned as NonExecutive Director and Chair of the Company, effective immediately.

The Company refers to the Notice of Annual General Meeting ( Meeting ) dated 15 October 2021. Resolution 2, being the resolution to re-elect Priyank Thapliyal as a Director of the Company, will therefore be withdrawn from the Meeting agenda. Juno will appoint an Acting Chair and commence the process to appoint a permanent replacement shortly.

The Board of Juno thanks Mr Thapliyal for his guidance through Juno’s ASX listing and for his contribution to the Company.
