RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Judo Capital Holdings Limited (ACN 612 862 727) (ASX: JDO) advises that Mr David McNabb has resigned as an additional Company Secretary with effect from today. Mr McNabb will continue his role in the company as the Head of Risk Operations and Governance.
Ms Yien Hong, General Counsel and Company Secretary, will continue as the Company Secretary of Judo Capital Holdings Limited and is the representative responsible under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX.
