Exercise of Options

Judges Scientific plc has today issued 3,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 19 July 2013.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 5,334,499 Ordinary Shares.
